Post-Licensing Classes

Nevada Real Estate Institute offers first-time licensees the prescribed post licensing education requirements of 30 hours in 15 modules that focus on the practical applications of real estate transactions pursuant to NRS 645.

SALESPERSON

First-time licensees who are not exempt pursuant to NAC 645.4442(2) are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education as follows: 

  • 3 hours Agency
  • 3 hours Nevada law
  • 3 hours Contracts
  • 3 hours Ethics
  • 12 hours of any designated areas of CE

Property Managers and/or Business Brokers must include 3 hours of Continuing Education for each permit.

BROKER & BROKER SALESPERSON

First-time licensees who are not exempt pursuant to NAC 645.4442(2) are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education as follows: 

  • 3 hours Agency
  • 3 hours Nevada law
  • 3 hours Contracts
  • 3 hours Ethics
  • 3 hours Broker Management
  • 9 hours of any designated areas of CE

Property Managers and/or Business Brokers must include 3 hours of Continuing Education for each permit.
