Let us explore an area of interest by understanding contracts and disclosures associated with a basic vacant land transaction. We will review the Vacant Land Purchase Agreement, various disclosures involved with vacant land transactions, understand BLM auctions, review title rights, learn and understand restrictions and exceptions, learn how to read plat maps and title report, discuss various types of financing and contingencies involved with a typical vacant land transaction.
